Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide using tracked services to ensure your order arrives anywhere in the world.

How long does shipping take?

I offer a choice of tracked shipping via Evri and Royal Mail within the UK. Depending on your choice of service the delivery times are between 2-5 days this is in addition to our current dispatch times.


If you are local to Scunthorpe I am happy to arrange local pickup. There is this option available in the postage options. Once your order has been completed I will contact you to arrange a time and date for collection.


I accept International orders and have customers worldwide. If you are ordering from outside the UK I will post International tracked  which can take between 5-14 Days, however I cannot be held responsible if your order gets held up at customs.


If you have any queries regarding postage costs or upgrading postal services please don't hesitate to contact me.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched. Please check your junk folder but if you need help please contact me and I can provide the tracking information.


How do I return an item?

Returns and refunds are accepted up to 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in an unworn condition. The buyer will be responsible for the return postage which is non-refundable. Please contact me before returning to make me aware and a refund will only be processed once the items have been received back at Flutterbye Boutique.

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact me so that I can arrange a repair or replacement.

Unfortunately I can only accept returns on personalised items that are faulty or damaged.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your return arrives at Flutterbye Boutique we will process a refund or exchange within 2 working days.

Can I exchange for a different item?

We do accept exchanges but items must be returned in their original packaging, in an unworn condition. The buyer will be responsible for the return postage which is non-refundable. Please contact me before returning to make me aware and an exchange will only be processed once the items have been received back at Flutterbye Boutique.

Unfortunately I can only accept returns on personalised items that are faulty or damaged.

Although all of my accessories and gifts are made with great love and care some do contain small parts, therefore children must be supervised whilst wearing or using and removed when sleeping.

When you purchase something from Flutterbye Bowtique, as part of the buying and selling process we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. 

When you browse our products we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. 

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.



How do you get my consent? 

When you provide your personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. 

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Our website is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.


If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. 

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.



To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. 

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
